Cell Spot recently installed a brand new high frequency inverter from Avio. The NRW-IN400PA is a fantastic alternative to the HF2 which it replaced.The NRW’s closed loop feedback system monitors and adjusts the weld thousands of times per second, ensuring repeatability of the weld despite changing variables.
This particular system includes the 4000A transformer and touchscreen HMI. The installation was quick and easy and the automaiton machine was up and running within a couple of hours producing much better weld results than were being produced before the installation.
